I've loved Boba Fett ever since I was a kid. In the original trilogy, he does suffer from "cool design disease" where you like him no matter what because he looks cool, so he must be cool. He was this cool badass of a bounty hunter, and of course I secretly had gender envy but shhhhh. He also gets bonus points in BOBF for getting a rancor because that's my favorite Star Wars creature. I know he literally does nothing but stand there and look cool in the original trilogy unti he eats shit and SPOILERS BC I DON'T WANT TO PISS ANYONE OFF dies (not really). See? Either way it's a spoiler. I recently started reading Tales of the Bounty Hunters edited by Kevin J. Anderson, and I got to see him show off in front of IG-88 and wreck his ass. His story is last and I haven't gotten there yet. I mean you KNOW he has to be competent to be the galaxy's top bounty hunter; the movies just barely show this lmao. I also got another book that focuses on him, so that should be fun when I eventually get to it. Anywho I liked how they showed his values changing after getting out of the sarlacc and coming to become less of a lone wolf. I also like to hc him as aroace. It's mostly because I'm aroace and want him to be too, but you know what they say. No canon love interest (we ignore the comics and book or whereever he gets married or smth?? Bro has too many trust issues for that) means I get to claim him as an aroace. Take that, allos. I also relate to him manspreading to an insane degree. I, too, like to sit in the weirdest possible positions because it is comfortable. I am citing the top image in the scrollbar for this one because LOOK AT HIM. I even have the little bandai model kit of him that is sitting next to me as I type this.
