I am an architecture and architectural engineering student who wanted a fun way to spend my (very little) free time and decided to join Neocities. This is essentially just me teaching myself html and adding random shit to my website. I don't really expect people to be seeing this but at least I'm here. I think this has been pretty fun thus far and expect that I'll randomly pick it up and put it down as my interests fade in and out. I do want to make some more dress up games. I was obsessed with them as a kid and thought it was interesting to see how they work. I love listening to music and will listen to most things (not really country, but I do like Johnny Cash).

Smiley

Smiley is a Build a Bear my Mom got me for the first day of Kindergarten. As you can tell, I was and continue to be bad at naming things. He clearly has smiley faces (and peace signs) all over him, and I went with the easiest choice. I found him in my closet recently, and I decided to free him from his prison and get him out. I also made him a necklace with his name. He was my first Build a Bear, and he's been with me ever since. He did have a speaker in his paw (which has migrated to his elbow), but I genuinely do not remember what it actually said. Anywho I thought it would be cute for when I graduate, I take a picture with him in a little graduation cap and gown. IDK. I thought it'd be cute. I've also been making him clothes. I found some Youtube Videos by Lixie Pig Crafts that go over how to make custom patterns for teddy bears. So far, I've made him a pink shirt and a blue butterfly button up. I plan on make more. I was thinking about making him a little high vis emotional support stuffed animal vest.

Zack

This is Zack. He is a blind box BJD (ball jointed doll if you didn't know) that I ordered at the beginning of this summer (written 7/19/26). He's the Observation Object design from the Zack Event series. I've been looking at getting a blind box BJD for a while. I've always been fascinated by all of the craftsmanship, creativity, engineering, and fashion that go into making these dolls. I'm also a cheap bastard, so I decided that a blind box version that I later make my own clothes for would be a much more afforable option than going the classic route of making a BJD. I am simply not paying like over $100 for a doll. No offence to anyone who does. I truly appreciate the love and care that go into traditional BJDs and would probably do that if I had the dedication. I simply don't. I just wanted a little buddy to sit at my desk and and to fiddle with when I want to hold a little guy. I also appreciate that a lot of the blind box dolls have molded hair instead of fiber hair. I always hated how the hair would get messed up on the Barbie dolls I had as a kid. I could never get the hair to look right, so when I saw these guys had molded hair, it just drew me in more. I know that you can also sculpt hair for a normal BJD, but that was extra work. Again, I do not have that dedication. I do sculpt using like air dry clay, but that's a whole other can of worms. Anywho, I'm working on building his wardrobe, and I plan on making him a page of his own that links from here.
